Just Eggs is our mix eggs brand, Weldhagen Eggs started to grow quickly since 2015 and our grading machine could not keep up with the amount off eggs we started selling. We decided to start a premium mix egg brand, which sells only medium and larger eggs unlike the tradition “mix” that is sold in South Africa which also includes small eggs. Late January 2019, we installed our new Staalkat grading machine, this opens up new opportunities for the Just Eggs brand.
